Project: Back-office out-of-hours office churn
Background:
Space-pod works with John Lewis on an on-going basis to provide a third party supply route to provide sophisticated office churn relocation throughout the business management teams - all outside of office hours.
The window of opportunity for churn is only between 5.30pm on Friday and 7.00am on Monday. The churn process includes demolition, construction, electrics, air-conditioning, lighting, heating, furniture and managed I.T. relocation services.
