The Chartered Society of Designers is a registered charity working for the benefit of the community and operates accreditation of:
- professional practice to individuals via its own membership programme
- design consultancies and in-house design teams by the Design Association
- design courses through its CSD Course Accreditation Programme
It provides a range of benefits and services to support these programmes.
The Society is NOT a trade body or association and CSD membership is only awarded to designers who prove their professional competences as defined in the CSD Genetic Matrix - of which Space-pod is very proud to be one.

The Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents (RoSPA), work is centred on two simple statements:
Their mission is to save lives and reduce injuries.
Their vision is to lead the way on accident prevention.
Too many people are killed and seriously injured in preventable accidents. RoSPA works with member organisations like Space-pod to remind us all that every accident “statistic" represents a real person - a life lost or affected, often severely - and a family left enduring the consequences. Everything we do together, therefore, is focused on preventing this unnecessary suffering.
