Symphonyplus

 

An elegant, wooden framed partitioning system, which brings durable warmth and class to any interior.

Symphonyplus partitioning provides a classical appearance combining the beauty and warmth of real wood, whilst providing a durable product which features well within busy interior environments. Symphonyplus is a highly relocatable performance partition system, which accommodates the changing needs of today's office layouts. It can be constructed to provide both half-hour fire resistance and good levels of sound attenuation.

 

System Features:

Clarity framework comprises extruded aluminium profiles of minimal size that are unobtrusive to blend into the surrounding structure. Two different head channel depths are available to suit both Prima and Symmetry for uniformity of detailing or feature glazed areas within solid walls. Purpose designed adaptor profiles for the conjunction of Clarity glazing to solid walls permits the transition to be made with ease where the provision of privacy in subdividing walls is a requirement.

Glass joints can be either traditional silicone or alternatively clear extruded pvc 'dry joints' which allows speedier completion and the ability to relocate. Doors can be incorporated as framed, frameless with patch fittings, or sliding dependant upon individual requirements.

Symmetry

 

A sophisticated relocatable partitioning system, integrating all your aesthetic, functional and performance requirements into one system.

 

Symmetry Partitioning combines aesthetics, function and performance into one highly relocatable system. It offers a creative selection of finishes and integral detailing, providing a design statement to satisfy the brief of the most fastidious clients. Uniform in appearance with virtually flush panel faces, it provides sound attenuation levels for all performance requirements. Symmetry has been designed for simplicity of construction, both during initial installation and relocation by the use of neat clip fit profiles, restricting mechanical fixes to a minimum.

 

System Features:

The Symmetry partitioning System has a nominal 85mm footprint. Symmetry detailing includes a consistent head channel depth through solid, glazed and full height door elevations. It comprises a steel framework with solid elevations faced with a single layer of gypsum plasterboard, regardless of fire or acoustic performance requirement, with numerous feature joint options or a flush monolithic finish. Glazed panels make use of a choice of transom features, and provides an optional recess within the head track for full height glazed to conceal the head rail of interstitial blinds. Available in either single or double glazing configurations providing both fire resistant and sound attenuating performance.

Prima

 

When appearance matters, this flexible and popular system offers a multitude of design options combined with good sound and fire performance.

 

Prima is a quality partition system, which offers specifiers attractive rounded aluminium profiles and a multitude of design options together with good performance characteristics, establishing it as a popular choice with designers and facility managers alike. Prima Performance Partitioning is a non-load bearing system available in 75mm and 100mm nominal thicknesses, which can be constructed to provide both half hour fire resistance and good levels of sound attenuation.

 

System Features:

Prima has either a 94mm (75mm system) or 119mm (100mm system) nominal footprint depending upon performance requirements. Prima comprises a galvanised steel stud framework forming 1200mm wide modules, faced with either single or double layers of 12.5mm thick gypsum plasterboard. The cavity can be utilised for electrical or data communication services and in-filled with insulation material to enhance the acoustic performance of the system. The plasterboard faces can be decorated with a wide selection of wall coverings. For both non-fire rated and half-hour fire rated construction glazed elevations utilise snap-in PVC glazing components available in white, black or grey colour ways to achieve single centre, single offset or double glazing configurations. Glass manifestations or interstitial horizontal blinds can be incorporated to satisfy aesthetic or privacy requirements. Prima exposed framing components and trim sections are predominantly extruded aluminium profiles, most of which are available from stock finished in either satin anodised, 'fast track' polyester powder-coated White (RAL 9010) or Grey (BS 00 A 05) in common sizes. Alternatively, standard colours are available to meet innovative requirements or the system can be custom-coated to suit specific client needs. Joint options comprise standard cover trim or omega top hat section with PVC infill for expressed joint lines, pencil-line with concealed clip fixing for a monolithic appearance, or taped and filled flush joints for a seamless finish.

Excel

 

A simple, economical and attractive solution to the relocatable division of working environments.

 

Excel Partitioning provides an economical and attractive solution to the division of working environments, where performance requirements are not the main criteria. It is highly relocatable to accommodate the constantly changing needs of the modern business. Available in any combination of solid, fully glazed or part glazed elevations and generally based on a 1200mm module, the system provides an extensive range of options.

 

System Features:

The Excel Partitioning System has a nominal 60mm overall footprint. Excel comprises lightweight aluminium framing with gypsum plasterboard honeycomb panel or hardboard faced flaxboard panel infill for solid elevations, which can be decorated with a wide selection of wall coverings. Glazed elevations utilise snap-in PVC glazing components available in white, black or grey colour ways to achieve single centre, single offset or double glazing configurations. Glass manifestations or interstitial horizontal blinds can be incorporated to satisfy aesthetic or privacy requirements. Excel framing components are extruded aluminium profiles, most of which are available from stock finished in either satin anodised, 'fast track' polyester powder coated White (RAL9010) or Grey (BS 00 A 05) in common sizes. Alternatively, a standard range of colours is available to meet innovative requirements or the system can be custom-coated to suit specific client needs. Doorframes and corner posts are available as either square or rounded profiles.

Troax

 

The ultimate for industry and commerce, providing versatility, security and safety, for a number of storage or partitioning solutions.

 

Troax consists of a range of steel partitioning options commonly used in warehouses, factories, in storage areas or enclosing production lines. The different system types allow for applications such as high security enclosures andboxes which need to comply with COSHH regulations through to office partitioning, which can be partially double glazed.

 

System Features:

Troax comes in the following types to meet differing industrial and commercial requirements:

 

Scimitar

the ultimate industry standard - flexible modular range suitable for applications such as high security enclosures for computer components, cosmetics, cigarettes, liquor and aerosols.

 

Box

can be used to store any type of material of any size, inside or outside. Can be used for hazardous goods such as oils, chemicals or gas bottles to comply with COSHH regulations.

 

Broadsword

heavy duty industrial single skin partitioning, suitable for secure storage and protective screening. Available in a choice of mesh sizes or full steel.

 

Sabre

ideal for enclosing working areas where appearance is important but without the extra cost of a double-skin system. It is available in modified form for simple lift-off maintenance access.

 

Excalibur

a high quality double skin partitioning suitable for commercial, office and factory use. Cost-effective and flush both sides, it is of monobloc construction and can be partially glazed.

A range of doors to perfectly complement our partitioning. Options include a variety of veneered finishes and vision panel shapes.

 

The Trudoor range complements our partitioning systems and comprises a wide range of finishes and sizes. Doors can be specified to include vision apertures in a variety of shapes precision cut with a CNC router for superb accuracy. It is also possible to accommodate simple bespoke logos machined from solid timber and recessed into the door face. We also supply many types and styles of door furniture and ironmongery to add the perfect finishing touch.

TruDoors are available in the following finishes in natural wood veneers:

EcoDoors

 

A range of environmentally friendly doors from Space-pod, which are extremely hardwearing and resistant to fading and discolouration.

 

The Eco doors range offers excellent protection against physical wear and tear, ideal for general handling and demanding locations. The veneers on these doors are exact ensuring that once installed, future door requirements can be matched exactly to keep your project uniform in appearance. Eco-doors can be specified to include vision apertures in a variety of precision-cut shapes. Simple bespoke logos machined from solid timber and recessed into the door face can also be accommodated. Space-pod also supplies many types and styles of door furniture and ironmongery to give your project the perfect finishing touch.

Eco Doors are available in the following natural CPL wood veneer finishes:

Doors are available as solid core 44mm thick to provide 30 minutes fire-resistance, and 54mm to provide 60 minutes fire-resistance. Both are subject to installation requirements.

A range of 35mm and 40mm thick hollow core doors are also available to order. Solid core doors comply with Building Regulations

Approved Document E - Resistance to the passage of sound. To comply with this regulation the door must either be tested or have a mass exceeding 25kg/m2, Eco doors have a mass of approx 26.5kg/m2. and be fitted with appropriate acoustic seals.
