After an initial survey we discuss our findings and ascertain how they compare to other organisations and procedures with a view to maintaining what works well and improving the areas that require input.
This information is normally input into a document or drawing package that can then be used as a starting point for any other work that is required.

Taking this exercise forward, we can then point-score each of the premises against each other to give a mathematical output of which building is most suitable for you.
Whilst we are working with you to boost your productivity or re-design your premises, we ensure that we are up to date with current regulatory controls such as Building Control, Disability Discrimination Act requirements so that any suggestions that we make encompass the current regulatory requirements and also incorporate best practice.
